Biography
Mr. Hernandez has worked in the Information Technology field for over 10 years, gaining experience in system administration, networking, and end-user support. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University–Kingsville in 2012 and has remained dedicated to using his knowledge and skills to support higher education and technology services in South Texas.
He has lived in the Coastal Bend his entire life and is proud to continue serving the community through his work in higher education. For the past two and a half years, Mr. Hernandez has been part of the College of Business at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, where he focuses on providing reliable technology solutions, improving campus infrastructure, and supporting the university’s mission of academic excellence and innovation.
Outside of work, he is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with an interest in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and the future of IT in higher education. His career reflects a dedication to problem-solving, collaboration, and using technology to empower students, faculty, and staff.
