Excessive Hours Appeals

Appeals for the excessive hours fee will be granted under limited circumstances. To begin the appeals process, please fill out and submit the appeals form at the link below by the appropriate deadline. 

*The appeal form for Fall and Spring will be available in late March prior to registration.

 *Students who submit all required documentation by the Priority Deadline, the committee will render a decision prior to the payment due date for that semester.

The appeals process may include an interview at the discretion of the Appeals Committee.  Once completed, please submit the form and all required documentation electronically to excesshours@tamucc.edu.  Documentation supporting the request must be submitted with the Appeals Form for it to be considered.
