Upon completing the course, a completion record will be established in the database.  Prior to exiting the course, you will have the ability to download a completion certificate for your records.

The course includes surveys about personal health behaviors to help personalize the experience and measure students’ attitudes and behaviors. All survey responses are confidential.  TAMU-CC will only receive information about the student body as a whole and never an individual student’s answers.
