H-E-B Gifts $1 Million to Support Performing Arts Center Upgrades

The Performing Arts Center proudly announced a transformative $1 million gift from H-E-B Grocery Company. This generous contribution will support major upgrades to the facility, including the installation of the new state-of-the-art video screen and enhanced seating back in 2021.
In recognition of this extraordinary gift, the main Concert Hall has been renamed the H-E-B Performance Hall. This investment reaffirms H-E-B’s commitment to the arts and community enrichment in Corpus Christi.

Breaking Ground: TAMU-CC Launches New Arts and Media Building

Exciting news for the arts at TAMU-CC! Construction is underway on a brand-new $81 million Arts and Media Building adjacent to the PAC.
Scheduled for completion in Spring 2026, this state-of-the-art facility will house the university’s growing music, theatre, and dance programs, featuring rehearsal spaces, classrooms, and a black-box performance venue.
This expansion further solidifies TAMU-CC’s commitment to supporting creative education and live performance experiences for students and the community.

BRAVO! Series Enhances Performances with New Video Wall

The Performing Arts Center has unveiled an exciting new addition to enhance the audience experience — a state-of-the-art video wall!
Debuting during the 2022–2023 BRAVO! Series lineup, the video wall provides dynamic visual support for performances, from live concert visuals to artistic backdrops for dance and theater productions.
This technological upgrade elevates the quality and versatility of programming, helping to attract broader and more diverse audiences.

"Deep in the Heart" Documentary Screening Connects Art and Environmental Education

In collaboration with the Harte Research Institute, the PAC hosted a free community screening of the breathtaking documentary "Deep in the Heart," narrated by Matthew McConaughey.
This special event featured educational booths and activities designed to raise awareness about Texas wildlife and conservation efforts. The event showcased the PAC’s commitment to using the arts as a platform for education, engagement, and community dialogue.
