University Alumni Sets an Example of Islander Success

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Alumnus, Zachary Hall, left Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a solid foundation for future success.

While maintaining a 4.0 grade point average throughout his educational career, Hall earned a variety of awards and scholarships including the Robert and Ruth Scholarship, the Larry R. Furman Scholarship, and the Presidential Graduate Fellowship as well as being a finalist for the University of Houston Teaching Excellence Award. 

His dissertation proposal, “Salesperson Intuition: Its Critical Role and Possible Antecedents” won the 2013 AMA Sales SIG Dissertation Proposal Competition and the University Sales Education Foundation Research Grant.

Hall graduated from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi with honors in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and is currently in pursuit of his Ph.D. in Business Administration at the University of Houston.

Hall begins a teaching position at Texas Christian University (TCU) starting in the fall.
