Riksy Nunez

Riksy Nunez is a Research Engineer II for Lone Star Unmanned Aerial Systems Center of Excellence and Innovation, Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. Riksy is a member of the engineer and operations team where his tasks are to assist in project planning and coordination, research and design of new aviation components, and assist in logistics for the entire organization.

Prior to joining the staff at TAMUCC, Riksy was enlisted as a petroleum supply specialist in the U.S. Army Reserves. He currently holds the rank of First Lieutenant in the Corps of Engineers in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Riksy holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in Technology from TAMUCC, and certificate in Nuclear Power Technology from TAMU, and is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from TAMUCC.
