The IT Service Desk is the first place to look for help with Campus Technology. Self-service Tutorial and User Guides help you to solve technology challenges on your own time. If after using the TUGS you still need help, a technician can assist you in person or remotely to troubleshoot IT issues. Urgent issues should be called in to get the fastest support possible. Accounts can be managed through the My IslandID Management Portal by using the link provided.
