Islander Green Team
We spread awareness about local environmental issues by promoting opportunities and events for students, faculty, and staff to become engaged and educated about resource conservation and socio-ecological justice.
Our 3 main goals are to:
- Be stewards of the environment
- Work alongside the Environmental Committee of TAMU-CC
- Take initiative to increase environmental sustainability on campus
The Green Team was developed to share projects and events promoting sustainability and environmental initiatives. If you sponsor programs, research, or know of other activities that promote eco-stewardship/green initiatives, tell us your stories by: providing photos, web site links, and other applicable information. Together we are able to ensure our University Environment stays Green and Clean!
