Tickets

Fall 2021 Ticketing Policy

The fall ceremonies will be ticketed. Students who submitted an RSVP during the designated RSVP period will be issued ten (10) general admission tickets.

  • This is a reserved seating event. Each guest will require a ticket for admission
  • Children under the age of two who can sit on a parent's lap for the ceremony do not need a ticket

Commencement is a rain or shine event.

Additional Tickets

We will not be distributing any additional tickets for the Fall 2021 ceremonies.

ADA Seats

ADA seating for guests is available. ADA guest seating is general admission. The American Bank Center staff will assist in locating ADA seats in the arena. Guests who abuse this policy will be asked to forfeit their seats. To notify of ADA accommodations for guests, please email commencement@tamucc.edu

Ticket Distribution

Students are responsible for picking up guest tickets for Commencement. Tickets distribution will take place at TAMU-CC. Students must present a photo ID to pick up tickets.

Graduates that are unable to pick up their tickets at one of the scheduled times have two options:

  • designate a proxy, someone else, to pick up their tickets. To designate a proxy, email commencement@tamucc.edu prior to the intended time to pick up tickets. Proxy must present a photo ID to pick up tickets.
  • pick up tickets at will call on Saturday, December 11, 2021, starting at 8:30 AM. The graduate is the only authorized person to pick up tickets at will-call unless a proxy was designated. To designate a proxy, email commencement@tamucc.edu before Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Proxy must present a photo ID to pick up tickets.

Tickets not picked up by Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 5 PM will be available at will call at the American Bank Center.

With the delayed status and uncertainty of delivery times for USPS, tickets will not be mailed to graduates.
