How can I order my official TAMUCC transcript?
How can my transcript be delivered?
  • eTranscript, a secure, digitally signed PDF sent to the recipient. (See Questions and Answers about Electronic Transcripts for further information.)
  • Paper copy, sent by U.S. mail or expedited FedEx service (additional charge for expedited service). FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Paper copy you pick up.
How do I order online?
  • Click here to use our Transcript Order Portal or through the Parchment Portal. You can order eTranscripts, as well as paper transcripts to be mailed or picked up.
How do I order by mail?
  • Transcripts cannot be ordered by mail.

How much does it cost?
  • Electronic transcripts (eTranscripts) are $5.50 each.
  • Paper copies of your transcript are $8.00 each.
  • Additional fees are charged for UPS expedited service.
How long does it take?
  • Processing time for paper transcripts is two to three business days from the receipt of your request, plus U.S. delivery time. The processing time may be longer near U.S. holidays.
Can you fax my transcript?
  • No, we cannot fax official transcripts.
The recipient never got my transcript.
  • If your transcript was not delivered due to our office error, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the address provided to us is either incomplete or incorrect, nor can we accept responsibility for timely delivery by the U.S. Post Office or any other mail carrier vendor.
I ordered a transcript, but it was never issued. Why?
  • Financial hold
  • Insufficient or inaccurate identification information
  • No recipient e-mail or an invalid e-mail was provided for delivery of an eTranscript.
