Islander Ring Ceremony & Ring Wish
Receive your Islander Ring in the presence of your friends, family and university dignitaries at the Islander Ring Ceremony. The bi-annual ceremony is a campus tradition for our students who have made it to their junior year. The Islander Ring symbolizes pride, achievement, and university spirit. Receiving your ring during the official Ring Ceremony signifies that you are close to becoming a distinguished member of the Islander Alumni Association. Until you graduate, you will wear your ring with the Islanders name facing toward you. Each ring recipient is given a sand dollar at their ring ceremony. Like a penny in a wishing well, this token is then tossed into the fountain at Woo Sung Lee Plaza during the Islander Ring Wish.
Official School Colors
The official colors of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi are blue and green, with silver serving as an accent. Blue is the dominant color for all purposes.
