 The little boy in the picture is my father, Jose Heberto Ramirez. He was born in Guerrero, Tamaulipas. Although his parents resided in South Texas in the community of Hebbronville, my grandmother Leonarda decided to go back home to Guerrero to her parents home to give birth to my father who was her first born. Grandfather, Fernando G. Ramirez, my father's father.

I, Gilda E Ramirez am the mother of one daughter, Victoria Amparo born in 1976, and one son, Miguel Che born in 1977.

My parents are Jose Heberto Ramirez and Angela Estela Bazan, who married in August 6, 1950. My father's parents were Fernando G. Ramirez and Leonarda Flores. My mother's parents were Martimiano Bazan and Esperanza Jaurique. Their children are Gema Laura, Gilda Estela, Jose Heberto, Gerardo Alonzo, Leonardo Luis,and Jesus Felipe.

My Father's Parents: Fernando Gonzales Ramirez and Leonarda Flores Ramirez were married in June 1925. His parents were Felipe Ramirez Vela and Valentina Gonzales. Her parents were Leonardo Flores and Tomasita Ramirez. Children are Jose Heberto Ramirez, Fernando Gontran, Carmen Guadalupe, and Felipe Angel (deceased).

My Mother's Parents: Martimiano Bazan and Esperanza Jaurqui. His parents were Raman Bazan and Librada Contreras her parents were Manuel Jaurequi and Petra Colorado. Children ware Maria del Carmen, Angelita Estela ,Jose, Victoria, Martimiano (deceased), Guadalupe, and Margarita.

My Great Grandparents on Father's Father Side: Felipe Ramirez Vela bapt. 3 May 1827 and Valentina Gonzales. His parents were Francisco Ramirez and Maria Margarita Vela married 4 February 1823. Her parents were Frabcusi Gonzales y Damiana Gonzales. Children were Felipe, Fransisco, Angelita, Fidel, Filimon, Filiberto, Fernando, Fidencio, and Emilio (half brother).

My Great Grandparents on Father's Mother Side: Leonardo Flores and Tomasa Ramirez married 21 November 1879. Her parents were Narciso Ramirez and Refugio Serna. His parents were Ramon Flores and Ysidora Martinez from Ramones, Nevo Leo. Children were, Josefina ,Eduarda, Isidora, Elisa, Ramon, Maria de el Refugio, Juanita, Leonarda, y Amador.

My Great Grandparents on Mother's Father Side: Parents: Roman Bazan and Librada Cardenas. His parents were Cleofas Bazan end Donaciana Longoria. Her parents were Calletano Cardenas and Antonia Gonzales.

 Seventh Generation on Father's Father Side: On or about 1756, Don Cristobal Ramirez moved his family and became an early settler of Revilla. Prior to his move, Cristobal had widowed and remarried to Matiana de Hinojosa, in Ciudad Mier , circa 1741. Matiana's parents were Manuel Hinojosa and Iness de Chapa. Don Cristobal Ramirez died in Revilla , 10 August 1778. His children with Dona Maria Matiana de Hinojosa were: Maria Getrudis , born circa 1735, married in Revilla to Joaquin de Cuellar, 18 November 1780; Jose Cristobal, born circa, 1743, married Estanislada Saldana, then married Maria del Carmen Serna, 30 October 1786, in Revilla.

Seventh Generation on Father's Mother's Side: Jose Santiago Ramirez, born 1749, married Maria Gertrudis Serna, 3 January 1780; Jose Marselino, born 1751 married Maria Manuela de la Garza Falcon, 16 April 1776. Maria Josefa married Jose Victorino Fuentes, 18 July 1778 in Revilla.
