The Office of Admissions & Records is responsible for maintaining each student's academic records, as well as managing the registration process. The staff of the Office of Admissions & Records located in the Student Services Center, will help you with any of the following :

  • Resident/non-resident classification.
  • Registration.
  • Adds and drops.
  • Transcripts.
  • Transcript evaluation of previous work.
  • Application for graduation.
  • Grades and grade changes.
  • Personal information and address changes.
  • Academic record changes.
  • Enrollment verification.

 

To request copies of your official transcript, you will need to submit a Transcript Request form to the Office of Admissions and Records. A Transcript Request form may be picked up at the front counter of the Office of Admissions & Records, or you may download a digital copy of the form below. This form may be used by former students/alumni of the following institutions to request official transcripts:

  • Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi
  • Corpus Christi State University
  • Texas A&I University at Corpus Christi
  • University of Corpus Christi

PLEASE NOTE: Once the form has been received by the Office of Admissions & Records, it normally takes two business days to process a transcript request. Transcripts can be shipped Transcripts are free of charge, and you are limited to two transcripts per request. For verification purposes, a copy of your photo ID must also be submitted along with your request form. Due to security issues, e-mail requests cannot be processed.

To check on the status of your transcript request, please contact the Office of Admissions and Records by phone at 361.825.7024.



You are able to access your student account online via SAIL and view your unofficial transcript(s). In order to access your unofficial transcript via SAIL, log on to the SAIL student portal at http://sail.tamucc.edu and click on the Login to Student Services link.  You will be prompted to enter your University-assigned Student ID (e.g., A########) and PIN (unless you have reset this information, your PIN should be your birth date in the format of MMDDYY).  If you do not know your University-assigned Student ID, you may retrieve it by clicking the My Student Banner ID link in the left column on the SAIL home page.   Once logged into the system, please do the following:
  1. Click on Student and Financial Aid.
  2. Click on Student Records.
  3. Click on Academic Transcript.
  4. Select Transcript Level from drop-down menu; Transcript Type is auto-set to unofficial.
  5. Click the Submit button.

In order to certify completion of your degree program and be eligible to participate in commencement ceremonies, you will need to complete and submit your Application for Graduation. Please contact your academic advisor for more information and submission instructions.

Spring 2008 Graduates: Applications for Graduation must be submitted to the Office of Admissions & Records before Tuesday, December 4, 2007. We also ask that you complete the Graduating Student Survey by clicking here.
