Information Technology Council

Purpose or Function: The Council coordinates academic, administrative, and student information system technology issues and recommends to the Strategic Planning and Budgeting Council the strategic direction that the University should take regarding technology issues.  This group also recommends to the Strategic Planning and Budgeting Council the financial allocations targeted for technology.

Membership: The Provost; the Chairs of the Educational Technology Committee, the Distributed Learning Council, Web Council, a representative from each of the colleges appointed by the college deans; and representatives from the following areas: Institutional Advancement, Student Affairs, Computer Services, the Library, Enrollment Management, and the Student Information System.
