Student Publications Committee
Purpose or Function: The Committee will develop and monitor rules for student publications.
Membership: Voting members: One student recommended by the Student Government Association; two students recommended by the Council of Student Organizations; and three faculty members selected by the Faculty Senate, in consultation with the colleges including one faculty member from journalism, communications, or English. Ex-Officio Members: Island Waves advisor, Island Waves editor, Island Waves advertising manager, senior student affairs officer.
