Texas A&M System Establishes a Joint Bachelor of Science Degree

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Texas A&M System Board of Regents today (Thursday, Jan. 31) approved the establishment of a joint Bachelor of Science degree in Physics among Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU), Tarleton State University (Tarleton), Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (A&M-Corpus Christi), Texas A&M University-Kingsville (Texas A&M-Kingsville) and West Texas A&M University (WTAMU.)

The universities will offer courses by TTVN to each campus in order to share resources. The joint degree will also include Texas Southern University and Midwestern State University. The degree is pending approval from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
