CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Department of Art at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and University Galleries will hold an opening reception for the “New Small Works” exhibit Friday, June 6, from 6-8 p.m. in the Islander Art Gallery, 4024 Weber Road, located in the Hamlin Shopping Center.
The exhibit, which will be on display through Saturday, June 21, will present smaller works by Texas A&M-Corpus Christi students, alumni, as well as local artists. The focus is to celebrate the uniqueness of small works of art created in various media.
