CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Performing Arts Center at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi will honor donors who have made significant contributions to the Furgason Bravo! Series with the unveiling of the PAC’s new Wall of Recognition at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14.
The ceremony will precede the Bravo! Series Valentine’s night presentation of “Tom Tiratto’s Big Band Salute to Frank Sinatra. Tiratto, an actor and vocalist who has devoted the last 15 years to recreating the music and glamour of the late, great Frank Sinatra, will take the stage at 8 p.m.
The Robert and Gloria Furgason Bravo! Series was established in 2005 to bring superb performing artists and guest lecturers to the Performing Arts Center and world-class exhibits to the South Texas Institute for the Arts. The Bravo Series! series kicked off in 2005 with eight concerts and kicked off its second season in December with a sold-out “Cowboy Christmas” concert with music legend Michael Martin Murphey.
