CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Islander Cultural Alliance and Gay Straight Alliance at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi will present the “Life’s a Drag” show Wednesday, April 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the University Center Commons. The show will be held as part of Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals and Trans-genders Month.

Entertainment will be provided by professional drag queens and students from various campus organizations, who will dress in drag and lip-sync to songs.

The audience will vote for Mr. Queen and Mrs. King by placing monies in a collection bin for each performer. The contestants with the most money win the titles.

The Coastal Bends AIDS Foundation will provide information about services offered. Monies raised from the “Life’s a Drag” show will benefit the Coastal Bend AIDS Foundation.
