CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Islander Cultural Alliance at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi will host a “Diversity is More Than Color” black and white semi-formal dance at the Miller Building in the Art Museum of South Texas, Wednesday, April 11 from 7:30 to 11 p.m.

“The event encourages the campus to embrace students, faculty and staff of various ethnic backgrounds and interests,” said Student Activities Coordinator Brenda Rodriguez. “We’re going to announce our new officers and present our affiliate organizations, which are culturally based.”

The Island Cultural Alliance provides a variety of multicultural programs and activities for the A&M-Corpus Christi community.
