University of North Texas Assistant AD first of four finalists to visit campus
University of North Texas Assistant Athletics Director Henry Dickenson, one of four finalists for the position of athletics director at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, will be available to meet with media on Monday, June 5 from 5 to 5:30 p.m. in the Matagorda Room of the Omni Bayfront Hotel.
Dickenson joined the University of North Texas as assistant athletics director for communications in 1995 and has been senior associate athletics director since 1999. His duties have included management of the annual Mean Green Club’s scholarship fund and overseeing fund-raising, corporate sales, marketing, public relations and promotions. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1987 and, in 1990, received his master’s in sports administration from the United States Sports Academy.
