Annual Student Employee of the Year Awards Celebration to Honor Top Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Student Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Career Services will announce the winner of the A&M-Corpus Christi student employee of the year award at a ceremony on Monday, April 11 at 2 p.m. in the Legacy Hall located in the University Center. Currently, A&M-Corpus Christi has more than 700 student employees on campus. The winner will be chosen from 10 nominees and will receive a $100 Sanddollar card and a plaque commemorating their achievement; first runner-up will receive a $75 Sanddollar card; and second runner-up will receive a $50 Sanddollar card. The Student Employee of the Year award was started by the National Student Employment Association (NSEA) to recognize students superior work qualities in the following categories: reliability, quality of work, initiative, professionalism and uniqueness of contribution. The winner’s name will be forwarded to NSEA regional competition. |
