“Telling Our Grandmothers’ Stories” Exhibit at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi to Emphasize Women’s History
Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi’s annual “Telling Our Grandmothers’ Stories” exhibition will be held on Wednesday, March 24 from10 a.m-7 p.m. in the University Center Lone Star Ballroom.

The event was conceived five years ago as a means of recovering and capturing the history of women of all ages, ethnicities and interests through various non-traditional formats ranging from oral, video and audio presentations to paintings, pictures, posters letters and displays.

In addition to the exhibits and presentations, a reception will be held fromnoon to 1 p.m. in the University Center Legacy Hall. The event is free and open to the public.
