Island Day Offers Information and Insight to Prospective Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Students
Students from throughout Texas expected at last Island Day April 17
 
Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi will open its campus to prospective students and their guests on Saturday, April 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Island Days is open to anyone considering enrolling at A&M-Corpus Christi. They are invited to tour the campus and meet with representatives from Admissions and Records, University Housing, Financial Assistance and Student Services. Anyone attending will also have an opportunity to visit the various academic departments.

The tentative schedule includes:

8:30-9:30 a.m.                         Registration and Breakfast
9:30 a.m.                                 Welcome and Program Overview
10:05 a.m.                               Meet the Deans
10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.             Academic and Departmental Information Sessions
12:30 p.m.                               Lunch - Islander Barbecue
1:30 p.m.-3 p.m.                      Campus Tour

There is a $10 registration fee for each person attending, which covers materials and meals, and all guests will receive an Island Day T-shirt. For more information, contact Leticia Bazan at 825-3315.
