Veterans Assistance
Veterans Assistance is associated with the Office of Veterans Affairs. Educational veteran benefits are available to qualified veterans and some family members. Information concerning veterans school benefits as well as application forms can be obtained from the Veterans Counselor in the Office of Veterans Affairs. The principal function of the A&M-Corpus Christi Veterans office is course certification and liaison to the U.S. Veterans Office in Muskogee, Oklahoma, in cases of extreme difficulty.

Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi does not participate in the VA advance payment program.

For the purposes of veterans assistance, full-time enrollment status for undergraduate students is defined as follows:

Fall and Spring Semesters: 12 semester hours per semester
Six-Week Summer Term: 6 semester hours per term
Nine-Week Summer Terms: 6 semester hours per term
