- Take US-59 N approximately 65 miles to the intersection with TX-44 in Freer.
- Take TX-44 E approximately 64 miles to the intersection with US-77 in Robstown.
- Take US-77 N approximately 6 miles to the intersection with IH-37.
- Merge onto IH-37 S and travel approximately 15 miles until IH-37 ends at Shoreline Boulevard.
- Turn right onto Shoreline Boulevard/Ocean Drive for approximately 12 miles.
- Turn right into campus and stop at kiosk for visitors' parking permit.
