Setting Up Your Voice Mail
1.) Plug your phone into your room;
2.) Dial ext. 6000;
3.) Enter mailbox (your 4 digit extension) number, enter #;
4.) Enter password (your 4 digit extension and enter #);
5.) Enter 84;
6.) Enter new password (up to 6 digits) and enter #;
7.) Enter new password again and enter #;
8.) At this point you may hang up or go to Record a Greeting steps.
Note - If the system does not recognize your extension as the password, stop by the Camden Miramar office to fill out the password reset form.
How To Log Into The Voice Mail System
1.) Dial extension 6000;
2.) Enter mailbox number (your 4 digit extension and enter # OR just enter # if calling from your phone);
3.) Enter password and enter #.
Record a Greeting
1.) Log in to system;
2.) Enter 82;
3.) Enter 1 for external greeting or enter 2 for internal greeting (External greeting will play for internal callers if no internal greeting is recorded);
4.) Enter 5 to begin recording;
5.) Enter # when recording complete;
6.) Enter 2 to review recording (Greeting is automatically stored when you go to another activity).
Listen to Messages
1.) Log in to system;
2.) Enter 2 to hear message, enter 6 to the next message, enter 4 to go to the previous message, enter 76 to the delete message, enter 71 to reply to the message sender, enter 73 to forward the message to another mailbox.
Delete a Greeting
1.) Log in to system;
2.) Enter 82;
3.) Enter 1 for external greeting or enter 2 for internal greeting;
4.) Enter 76 to delete the greeting.
Replying to a message
1. Enter 71 after hearing message;
2. Enter 5 to record response;
3. Enter # to end recording;
4. Enter 79 to send message.
Note - Three unsuccessful attempts to access your voice mail will cause your voice mail system to lock and require resetting.
