Rates & Options
Rates are based on the duration of the lease, and are designated to
follow an academic calendar. Residents may choose from a variety of
lease terms that will best suit their academic needs. The following is
a list of the lease tearms available:
- August to August = A Rate
- August to May = B Rate
- January to August = A Rate
- January to May = B Rate
- June to August = B Rate
