UNIVERSITY HOUSING ACCESS STATEMENT

Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi has a variety of living options available to students. Whether you want to live in an on-campus residence hall or apartment, or prefer an off campus housing experience, A&M-Corpus Christi is eager to assist you with your housing needs. The primary goal of on campus housing at A&M-CC is to foster retention. Traditional first and second year students entering college at the University for the first time will be given priority for on campus housing assignments. A traditional first year college student is typically one who arrives on-campus in the academic year following high school graduation, is 18 -19 years of age, seeks their education on a full-time basis, and is unmarried without children or other dependents. A traditional first year college student is expected to complete 30 semester hours of credit in their first year. Traditional second year college students are expected to have completed 60 semester credit hours by the end of their second year.
