Camden Miramar Employment Opportunities
Camden Miramar Resident Advisor Job Qualifications:
- Sophomore level status or higher
- Successful completion of the RA class
- 2.25 Cumulative GPA
- At least one full semester of on-campus housing experience
- Must be available for an entire academic year
- Planning of and participation in building programs and Miramar-wide programs
- On call shifts and office duties
- Available to work during holidays
- Monthly inspections
- Monthly building newsletter
- Monthly developmental in service
- Monthly 1-1 meeting with Coordinator
- Building meeting once a semester
- RA workshop in fall and spring
- Check RA folder daily
- Pass on information to residents daily
- Weekly meetings
- Weekly reports
- Work during some holidays
- RAs must arrive early and stay after students have left at the end of each semester
- Summer RAs will also work with the conference housing program
- On campus accomodations at no charge during term of employment
- Biweekly stipend
